Privacy Policy

Email address. If you submit your email via the newsletter signup form, we store it in our database to send you the weekly signals digest. The digest is a curated roundup of player patterns and fixture angles. It may occasionally contain relevant advertising. We record the date and exact wording of the consent given at the time of signup.

Usage analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand how pages are used — page views, referrers, and general device type. This data is anonymised and aggregated. No personal identifiers are collected or stored.

We do not collect your name, location, payment details, or any information about your betting activity. We do not use advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or third-party marketing cookies. Any advertising that may appear in our newsletter is selected and served by us, not by an ad network that receives your personal data.

To send the newsletter, we use a third-party email service provider (ESP). Your email address is transferred to and stored by our ESP for the sole purpose of sending and managing our newsletter. Our ESP acts as a data processor under our instruction and is contractually required to keep your data secure and not use it for any other purpose.

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time by clicking that link or by contacting us directly.

Functional cookie. If you access the admin area, a session cookie is set for authentication. It is HTTP-only, not accessible to JavaScript, and expires when you log out or the session ends.

Analytics. Vercel Analytics operates without persistent tracking cookies in most configurations. No cookie consent banner is currently required under our usage model, but we will update this if that changes.

Email addresses are stored in a secured database hosted in the EU. We do not share, sell, or license personal data to third parties. Data is retained only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected.

If you are based in the EU or UK, you have rights under GDPR including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us. For other requests, email us below and we will respond within 30 days.

Football statistics are sourced from licensed third-party data providers. We do not share subscriber or user data with these providers. Our email service provider processes email addresses for the purpose of sending our newsletter. Vercel (our hosting provider) processes request logs in the ordinary course of serving the site.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.
